About me

Meet Francesca

Hi! I'm Francesca Giaccari, a certified instructor with 15 years of experience in Pilates and conscious movement. My passion for the body in movement was born with dance, which I practiced until shortly after adolescence, and it transformed into a career dedicated to wellness.

    I specialized in Pilates Matwork and Reformer at Balanced Body University, also integrating Feldenkrais Method and Yoga for a more complete approach. I have trained hundreds of students, helping them improve strength, balance and body awareness.


    During the pandemic, I created the Unbalanced Method, which combines Pilates with unstable surfaces for a more effective and fun workout. This is where unique experiences like Pilates on a Sailboat and on Suspended Paths come from.


    Now, finally, I have managed to create my website, which I have been dreaming of for a long time, with my Online lessons!
